Intel Operations: About ThunderIRC

ThunderIRC was born out of the need for a safe, transparent, digital space dedicated to technical empowerment. We are a collective of individuals who believe in the philosophy of Open Source, proactive security, and the right to privacy. The name "ThunderIRC" reflects the power and speed of communication (IRC) and the solid foundation (Thunder) that we have built on the principles of OpenBSD.
